Course Description

This course will provide you with the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to establish and develop a professional and effective mentor-mentee relationship; particularly one that is focused on supporting a mentee develop personally and professional in or for career progression purposes.


This course aimed at, and suitable for Mentors who are either:

  • brand new to Mentoring and are learning how to Mentor for the first time
  • have been a Mentor before but never had 'formal' mentor training
  • experienced Mentors who want to 'brush up' their skills and get some new ideas for enhancing their mentoring relationships
