In this course, you will be presented with a series of video tutorials to help you gain the skills and knowledge required to effectively communicate in the workplace - including gathering, conveying and receiving information and completing routine written correspondence.
This course will particularly benefit those who currently perform, or wish to perform, a range of routine workplace communication tasks using a limited range of practical skills and fundamental knowledge of effective listening, questioning and non-verbal communication in a defined context under direct supervision or with limited individual responsibility.
This course in non-accredited but is aligned to the teaching/learning requirements of the national unit of competency BSBCMM201 Communicate in the workplace. To gain this accreditation you will need to complete the required assessments through your RTO.
